Sleeping

Did you know that excess sleep is one of the vital signs of depression? Now there may be the case of sleeping in late because you slept late the other night or maybe you worn yourself out during the day but here I'm talking about the excess sleep that is there without a reason. It's when you just don't want to get out of your bed and stay under the covers. It's when you don't feel like socializing even with your own family, when you feel demotivated towards daily tasks and keep feeling the need to get back into bed. If once you're asleep and your brain doesn't kick into gear and starts telling you what you should be doing then, you my friend might be depressed.
